Mixed Profiles gives error in create/edit mode

NOTE: Profiles containing Membership, Participant or Contribution fields can not be used as regular profile create/edit/search forms ("Profile is not configured for the selected action." ). I did a test of a civicrm/profile/edit?gid=x with a profile containing a single Participant field. It displayed the form and when I hit save and it threw a fatal error:

We should not display the create/edit forms to begin with for these cases
