API Utils _civicrm_api3_get_options_from_params doesn't handle sort as an array properly

            Description

            At Present when _civicrm_api3_get_options_from_params tries to replace a simple 'id' with the lower case entity id for the sorting, it fails presently if the sort is an array. This can lead to some mysql errors.
