            Description

            I am facing this error with php7 when clearing civicrm caches :

            Fatal error: require(): Failed opening required '/data/disk/dev1/static/d7.52.1-c4.7.14_s1/sites/site.test/files/civicrm/templates_c/CachedExtLoader.a1c01a3acc7c9e2d739a376720b89586.php'

            The file CachedExtLoader... exists but it seem to be deleted before require() is called.
