Webform CiviCRM Integration Module does not present an added Organization Contact Type on The CIVICRM Case Tab

      Description

      When selecting the Case Type on the Case tab of the Webform, a suite of Case Roles are presented allowing a Contact on the CIVICRM tab to be assigned to them when the case it created. The built in Contact Types are presented but the added organization contact types are not.

      The Regional Center is a relationship defined as the Contact Type of Organization with a Contact Sub Type of CCI Regional Center.
