Incorrect URL in CiviCRM Resources dashlet on Joomla

            Description

            On a Joomla, the "Configuration checklist" URL in the "CiviCRM Resources" dashlet is incorrect - needs to be a backend link i.e. include "administrator/".

            It points to http://site.org/index.php?option=com_civicrm&task=civicrm/admin/configtask&reset=1
            but should be: http://site.org/administrator/index.php?option=com_civicrm&task=civicrm/admin/configtask&reset=1
