"Import Data (row 2) " is always empty

1.Login and navigate to Import Multi-value Custom Data page
url is <site url>/civicrm/import/custom?reset=1
2.Choose valid csv file with more than 3 rows,
3. Select then some "Multi-value Custom Data " , chose default separator or add yours
4. Pass to the next step,
5. At the next step you should be able to see first 2 matches rows, but It always shows you the second row,
