Constituent Summary Report Filtered by Groups ignores children groups

Constituent reports filtered by a parent group don't include contacts added to a child group of that parent group.

Also advanced searches ignore children of child groups when filtering by a parent group. So if filtered by a 'grand-parent' group, search results will only include those contacts in the grand-parent group and children groups but not those in the grand-children groups.

Both of these issues result in inconsistent lists that defeat the purpose of having parent/children relationships with groups.
