custom multi profile: file upload display issue

To reproduce:

1. create a custom data set for multi-record use
2. create two fields: a text field and a file upload field (may not need the text field but it's helpful as a reference)
3. create a profile and include these two fields
4. view the profile in edit mode (while logged in)
5. create a record a upload a file to the custom field
6. create a second record with no file
7. click to edit the second record

The record will include a link to the file uploaded with the first record. If you "view" the record it will correctly not display any file upload – the issue is only in the edit view. If you upload a different file to the second record, when you return and edit it, you will see a reference to the first file.
