Profile with Phone+Extension field and no Address fields overwrites existing Addresses of same Location Type

            Description

            Tested on two drupal sites.

            1. Create contact with Primary Address
            2. Create Profile with Email and Phone+Extension-Primary
            3. Use Profile in Edit Mode
            4. Primary Address is now deleted.

            Affects all location types. Also happens on Event and Contribution pages
            Also if address fields are included regardless if they are filled out, they are deleted.

            Seems similar to CRM-16826
