Facility needed for searching for unfulfilled contribution premiums

There is currently no facility to search for unfulfilled contribution premiums (unless it's just well hidden).

I would suggest adding just a "premiums fulfilled" "yes" or "no" radio boxes. You could do this with date range fields, but I think few people would need to search by specific dates, and since civireport is on the horizon, more advanced searches could be moved to civireport.
