Civicrm Dashboard taking 5 minutes to load first time on every new window with version 4.7.16

            Description

            I have updates CiviCRM to latest version 4.7.16, everything works fine. But CiviCRM dashboard is taking about 5 minutes to load the first time. When I try to open other links as:
            administrator/?option=com_civicrm&task=civicrm/contact/search&reset=1
            it gets open within 3,4 seconds
            but other links are not opening before 5 to 6 minutes.
            When I log out and login again I am able to login 3,4 seconds but if I close the window and open again the loading time again 5 to 6minutes.
