Import options date doesn't include format dd.mm.yy or dd.mm.yyyy even after define it in General Settings

Under import options format of date as dd.mm.yy or dd.mm.yyyy doesn't support at all even after defining it in the General Settings. In Russia and CIS countries format with a dot as a delimiter is commonly used.
Please add this format as an available option.
