Tasks and recent communication

Acceptance Criteria:
1. Tasks block should show a list of tasks with subject, due date and assignee. Icon and left border colour show status.
2. Should be able to quickly complete tasks by clicking on the checkboxes in the Tasks block.
3. Recent Communications block show inbound/outbound info, subject, date, with contact, attachments and assignee
4. In the block title region of both blocks, there should be "see all" buttons that can take the user to the activity tab with the relevant filters automatically populated.
5. The pills next to the title region should be blue and show numbers of scheduled communications and undone tasks. The pills turn red when there is any overdue item.
