Description
Low priority todo: Switch between bulk action and sort option.

Acceptance Criteria:
1. Have the first column fixed but allow horizontal scrolling for the rest of the columns.
2. Provide a pager and jump to page for situation that cases exceeded record/page limit. Show 15 cases per page.
3. Allow sorting using column headers.
4. Activity columns should show activity card instead of text. Activity card should carry all normal functionality (open in modal), checkbox for task etc.
5. (Stage 2) We need a grouping headers for the table view to split the cases that I am a client, I am the case manager, the ones I am other case roles. We can discuss any alternative approaches for grouping.
