CiviEvent Profile Standalone Form produces non-recoverable error

            Description

            Reported in CRM-1677 and marked resolved.

            However this bug is occuring in demo.civicrm.org/durpal today (Powered by CiviCRM 9853)

            Steps:
            1. Use the Profile "Paypal Standard Online Registration" created as documented in bug CRM-2007
            2. In the Profile view, http://demo.civicrm.org/drupal/civicrm/admin/uf/group?reset=1 Click on Standalone Form

            Sorry. A non-recoverable error has occurred.

            Return to CiviCRM menu.
