CRM-2016 List membership types that an organization is associated with under Membership tab

            Description

            It would be helpful to have a listing of membership types associated with an organization. Currently you have to browse through all the membership type pages to find them.

            Proposed improvement is to add a listing of Membership Types on the Membership tab for organizations. For all contacts, the membership tab currently shows Active Memberships and Inactive Membership. For organizations that have one or more membership types, a new "Membership Type" heading would appear. All associated membership types would be listed in tabular form. The columns could include:

            • Name of membership (Definitely)
            • 'Edit' link to the membership type edit page (Maybe)
            • 'Members' link to a search result of all active members (Maybe)
            • other fields shown in a similar way to the listing on the Membership Type administration page (Maybe)

            If the organization had no associated membership types then the Membership Type heading would not appear.

                verified in trunk r12691 (2.0). formatting looks good and functionality appears correct.

                One very minor improvement could be made to the descriptive text of the membership tab: "Current and inactive memberships for <<Name>> are listed below." does not explain the appearance of the Membership Types section. In cases where there is at least on membership type this could be changed to something like "Current and inactive memberships, and types of memberships associated with <<Name>> are listed below." Conditional formatting would be warranted because only small number of contacts will have membership types.
