Description
In the scheduled job log (civicrm/admin/joblog&reset=1), the date column is empty. The column civicrm_job_log.run_time has NULL values in the database.
This worked in 4.6, so data is lost with the upgrade to 4.7 (hence the Critical rating, although the job log in an of itself is not really critical).
