            Description

            The fatals are actually not being hit & the exception that IS being hit is not being handled. The permission check one can be replaced by one in the xml (requires civicrm/menu/rebuild before it kicks in).

            Note the exception is currently already being translated so I just passed it through. That might be debatable as a best approach
