include contribution_id with contribution token return properties so it can be used in hooks

            Description

            currently, the data passed to the token hooks from a contribution source (such as the thank you letter task) does not include the contribution ID. this makes it impossible to create contribution-specific tokens via hooks. we should pass the contribution ID along with the contact ID in this context.
