Include "Note" field of Registration record in event participant reports

            Description

            Participant records include a "note" field that can be edited by administrators. The "note" cannot be included in event reports, however – when I configure a participant report, for example, "note" is not available as a choice in the columns selection UI.

            I propose that the "note" field be made available for event reports.
