html2text (used by CiviMail) should strip <head> and <style> elements

            Description

            When the text version of a mailing is not specified, we use html2text to create a text version from the HTML version.

            The html2text should strip everything inside <head> and <style> tags - currently, if you have any CSS code defined inside <style> tags, it gets copied to the text version.
