Missing data after import without error

I am having trouble with the importing of multiple additional locations for a contact. I currently have main and permanent addresses in fine, but when I try and import a campus address, only the street address is going in, and not supplemental addresses or city/state etc. There are no errors during the import. When I try and import another additional location (summer address), nothing shows up at all, again without an error during the import.
