            Description

            When a system has been through multiple upgrades, administrators and changes, it is possible for the indexes actually existing on the database not to match those that are intended. This can cause performance issues.

            This effort is to compare the indexes that exist with those that are listed and provide a means to correct that.

            This grew out of an seemingly simple issue of a missing index at the UK Edale sprint.
