Paypal standard DB Constraint Violation

      Description

      Happens when using Drupal CiviCRM webform and Paypal standard. When submitting the form, drupal dies with a fatal error. The error is reported here by several users.

      The same payment processor in CiviCRM (without webform) works without errors. The error occurs before the page is redirected to paypal.

      The full error message is
