payflo pro payment processor codes rejected payments as completed

            Description

            One of our groups "received" thousands of dollars of contributions, with the donor receiving a contribution accepted message and their records recorded as "completed" in CiviCRM.

            However, the contribution attempts were not even making it to the pay pal servers.

            It looks like the payflo pro code is not properly checking error codes. I found two mistakes in particular.
