            There was an oversight in the listing of forms that should get support for CC type and CC number fields. Please add it to civicrm/payment?action=add&reset=1&component=contribution&id=4&cid=204 (ie view payment, click record payment, pay by credit card. This should be part of same release as rest of adding support for these fields.
