People involved tab

People's tab should have two subtabs that splits Case Roles and Other Relationships. The main section of the tab should have a very close UI to CiviCRM contact search results except it should also show any unassigned roles. User should be able to bulk action on the contacts.

A/C:

1. Two subtabs: Case Roles and Other Relationships
2. Contacts area should be very similar to search results screen except unassigned roles should be shown on the Case Roles subtab list
3. Allow contacts to be multi-selected and perform bulk actions
4. Bulk actions should include all actions that can be performed on contact search result page
5. Actions per row should include:
   1. Reassign (doesn't apply on Other Relationships tab)
   2. Send email
   3. Generate PDF Letter
   4. Phone Call
   5. Meeting
   6. Other activity
   7. Remove from Role (doesn't apply on Other Relationships tab)
6. Pager
7. Add Case Role button (Add Case Relationship on Other Relationships tab)
8. Bulk action menu and row action menu to share the same list (use same mechanism used in Case level so they are both extendable)
9. Have a "Show clients only" filter on the people's tab. When used, it should show only clients in peoples tab and then you can use select all to select all clients.
