CLONE - Participant Role on Event's Schedule Reminder form does not populate

            Description

            Steps to replicate the issue are:
            1) Go to Manage Event Screen
            2) Choose any event and go to its Configure >> Schedule Reminders form

            Issue : Participant Roles in Recipient Listing does not populate/empty. Also replicated in sandbox.

             

            this was fixed in 4.4 but has come back somewhere between 4.6 and 4.7.18
