Issue with the Find Contacts (and Adv Search) 'name or Email' filter option

      Hi

      During client training recently I noticed an anomaly in the way the 'name or email' filter works when doing a Find Contacts search (and in Adv Search).

      For instance if I search for my contact 'Oliver Gibson' and I use the search term;
      'Gibson Oliver' my contact will be found with an AND search.
      But if my search term is;
      'Oliver Gibson' no results are found.
       
      Be aware that email searches will still take place in both cases and this can make it look as if these searches are working fully when they are not (so this should be tested on a contact with no email address). Tested on CiviCRM 4.7.x latest.
