Do not heed dao default for field when setting defaults on reports

When defining column metadata for a report it is somewhat advised to declare the 'bao' or 'dao' so that information can be drawn from it. However, the values are being copied across from the DAO a little too aggressively. In particular 'default' is copied across, but this is a data-saving default and has no particular bearing on which columns, or group bys should be on by default for a report.

(on checking extended report I seem to have changed this there some time back & I am looking to port some of the code improvements (but not the extra reports) from there into core going forwards)
