DataTables warning on merge screen

            Description

            After upgrading to 4.7.19 (from 4.7.10), I got an error on the merge overview screen (/civicrm/contact/dedupefind?reset=1&action=update&rgid=XX), see file attached:

            "DataTables warning: table id=dupePairs - Cannot reinitialise DataTable. For more information about this error, please see http://datatables.net/tn/3"

            I only see the first 10 of 25 results (accessible through the pager), but there are 116 dedupes in the json file (from /civicrm/ajax/dedupefind?reset=1&rgid=2&gid=&limit=&snippet=4&_=1494513851989)
