Description
After upgrading from 4.6.27 to 4.6.28, no user at any level can edit new CiviEvents after their initial creation. Only some existing events are shown in the "Manage Events" screen. (Example: we have 45 events listed in the SQL DB, only 12 show up under "Manage Events" when logged in as the root admin user.) All event pages are viewable on the website's front end to users at every level, including non logged-in users. (This is proper expected behavior.)
Steps to reproduce:
- Upgrade to 4.6.28
- Create new CiviEvent
Expected behavior: Taken to "Event Location" screen
Actual behavior: Taken to page stating: " Sorry but we are not able to provide this at the moment. You do not have permission to access this page. (Return to home page.)"
Other observations:
This happens to users at every permission level, including the root admin user.
