            Regression issue from long time ago:

            Custom field sets are displayed twice on CiviCRM event participant registration.

            Steps to reproduce (tested on Demo site):

            1. Create custom field set, linked to Participant (Event) - Any -
            2. Add custom field
            3. Select register new event participant. Custom field gets displayed (Correct).
            4. Select event type. Same custom field gets fetched and displayed again. Total 2 (Incorrect).
            5. Fields will be duplicated.
