            Opening a new instance of bounce report causes filter to be pre-selected with "-- please select --"
          • How it should work:
            Opening a new instance of bounce report the bounce type filter should not be set.

            Description

            When building the options for bounce type filter an invalid option is added first " – please select --".  This causes the report to default to this value and not load any data.
