Memory error when trying to edit an existing event

            Description

            We have 20000+ events in our CiviCRM instance.

            I recently updated our testing environment to CiviCRM 4.7.19. I hit issue CRM-20549, and applied the patch. Now I get a php memory overflow when I try to edit one of our events by clicking the wrench and 'Info and Settings' on the event page.

            I have a fix for this; I'll create a PR in a minute.
