When selecting a field (when matching columns for import, or selecting columns for export, for example), the field names aren't sorted by the field name (they might be sorted by value instead?). This is especially apparent when the fields are not in English. Finding a field among dozens of unsorted fields is difficult.

Proposed resolution: sort the field name select box by the field name.
