Send Receipt checkbox is ignored on Contribution - Backend - Submit Credit Card transaction

            Description

            If checkbox "Send Receipt" is left unchecked - Donor still receives a Transaction Receipts. Reproduced this with different Credit Card payment processors - including the dummy one (see screenshot):
