Notifications

A/C:
1. Notification counts scheduled activity in the relevant category.
2. One notification per activity category with icon on the case list per row.
3. One notification each for "Recent communications" and "Tasks" blocks. Without icon.
4. Notifications shows blue normally but turn red when there is any overdue activity in its category.
5. Clicking on any notification should take user to the activities tab of the case and showing the activities counted by the notification clicked (pre-populate filters).
6. Hide notification when count is 0.
7. On activity category settings, there should be a configuration that allows the notification for the relevant category to be disabled. (stage 2)
