custom fields for a specific activity type hold values when doing back to back using the add activity function on a search

      Description

      When you search for contacts and then select one or two go to actions, add actvity and choose an activity type for which there is a custom field set that applies to it (so it adds the custom fields to the form), it loads the fields blank, when you enter data into the custom fields they save appropriately. Then it takes you back to the search. When you select another batch of  contacts and go to add activity and then select the activity type with custom fields attached to it those custom fields will load and be populated with what you entered for the first batch (not empty)
