            Description

            A/C:
            1. have two extra statuses: draft and unread
            2. Show as a chat bubble (per design)
            3. Chat bubble direction reflects inbound/ outbound
            4. Display first line of the card as sender to recipient. e.g. CiviCRM admin -> John Doe
            5. Display the second line as subject
            6. Display dates and the rest of information as per standard activity card.
