REGRESSION caused by CRM-15067 . Eway payments not processed under certain conditions

            Description

            When patch associated with CRM-15067 was applied to our 4.7.19 site, contributions from new contacts started to fail with the email field in a profile.

            If I remove the email field from the profile then transactions for new contacts are processed correctly.

            We use Eway as our payment processor.
