Mailing detail report; filter by status only applies if status is displayed

      Description

      On the 'Mailing details' report the filter for 'Delivery status' only takes effect if 'Delivery Status' is selected as one of the 'Columns'.

      Steps to recreate:
      CiviReport > Mailing details
      Ensure that 'delivery status' is not selected as a field in 'Columns'
      Filter by 'delivery status' = Successful
      Refresh - 1000 results
      Filter by 'delivery status' = Bounced
      Refresh - 1000 results - not filtered
      Tick the 'Delivery status' field in the columns and refresh - now the filter works correctly.

      Easy workaround: Just always display the field in 'Columns'! But this has been misleading for some of our administrators.
