Credit Card Icons don't show up when switching back from another payment method

            Description

            I tried this on the demo site: https://civicrm.demo.civihosting.com/civicrm/contribute/transact?reset=1&id=1, when pay later or another payment processor is available; if you toggle between the credit card payment method and another option, the credit card icons disappear and the 'card type' select field that's supposed to be hidden shows up.

            Obviously this would be very confusing to a user and significantly reduce conversion rates.
