If field (column) "Contribution Note" is included in a "Contribution Detail" report, it acts as a filter and only contributions WITH notes are returmed.

            Description

            I reproduced this bug on the sandbox site:

            http://dmaster.demo.civicrm.org/civicrm/report/instance/48

            Run the report and you will see 1 row (I added a note to one contribution). Now remove the column "Contribution Note" and run. You will see 119 rows.
