Using 'update' setting on Contact Import should place all contacts in group

      Description

      1. import contacts using the 'update' setting and a duplicate matching rule

      2. one of the contacts already exists in CiviCRM, and should 'match'. One does not exist yet

      3. On the last step of import, select "Add imported records to a new group"

      4. the preexisting/updated contact is not added to group, and should be
