pariticipant note field breaking export when populated with data over 32 characters

            Description

            When a Participant Note is exported it hits a fatal error.
            [nativecode=1406 ** Data too long for column 'participant_note' at row 7]"]

            The failed Temporary Table shows participant_note fomatted as VarChar(32) and not as TEXT.
            Contribution Notes export properly, despite being the same table.
