Description
Here are the statuses available on new contribution, and whether they represent a payment
Completed - payment
Failed - not a payment
Canceled - not a payment
Pending - not a payment
Partially Paid - don't allow this on new contribution (there is no UI for entering payment amount less than total invoice amount)
Pending Refund - don't allow this on new contribution (we should force separate entry of payment followed by indication that an overpaid amount is to be refunded)
So hide options for Partially Paid and Pending Refund when creating a contribution.
