            Description

            To replicate -

            1. Keep {debug} statement in templates/CRM/Core/BillingBlock.tpl.
            2. Load backoffice contribution page.
            3. Check the value for $paymentProcessor. It contains pay_later object eventhough the default selected in payment_processor field is dummy or something else.
