            Description

            After upgrading to 4.7, an affected site observed the following symptoms:

            • Recurring contribution notifications from PayPal (PayPal Pro) led to contributions being displayed as having the wrong payment instrument ID ("Check" instead of "Credit card")
            • Each contribution was assigned multiple entries in civicrm_financial_trxn, with a $12.50 recurring contribution being composed of $12.50 + $12.50 - $12.50
