            Description

            In php7.1 a new type of exception is thrown when not enough variables are passed to a user defined function see http://php.net/manual/en/migration71.incompatible.php and https://chat.civicrm.org/civicrm/pl/ugrc5mbbgtg17fhfyiu9rrduka
